General Coaching Questions

What is life coaching, and how is it different from therapy?

Life coaching is a future-focused, action-oriented process that helps you create meaningful change in your life. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past trauma, coaching is about identifying goals, overcoming obstacles, and developing practical strategies to move forward. It’s about helping you build confidence, independence, and a life that aligns with your values.
